The Herndon police reported the following incidents through June 29:

BRUIN DISTRICT

• A 29-year-old Herndon man was arrested for assault at 9:45 p.m. June 23 in the 300 block of Linden Court.

• A person was reported assaulted by an acquaintance between 12:30 a.m. and 1:03 a.m. June 24 in the 600 block of Center Street.

• A person was reported assaulted by two people at 5:23 p.m. June 28 in the 500 block of Florida Avenue.

• Cash was reported stolen from lockers at 4:22 p.m. June 23 in the 13000 block of Worldgate Drive.

• A vehicle was reported damaged at 12:18 p.m. June 23 in the 500 block of Florida Avenue.

• Graffiti was reported sprayed on a fence at 10:14 a.m. June 26 in the 500 block of Florida Avenue.

• A 26-year-old Sterling man was arrested for being drunk in public at 1:44 a.m. June 29 in the 700 block of Herndon Parkway.

GOLF COURSE DISTRICT

• A 36-year-old Herndon man was arrested for aggravated assault after striking an acquaintance with a bottle and causing lacerations to his face and arm at 11:52 p.m. June 28 in the 1300 block of Springtide Place.

• A window was reported broken and a GPS system and other items were reported stolen from a vehicle between 7 p.m. June 27 and 10:40 a.m. June 28 in the 900 block of Crestview Drive.

HALEY SMITH DISTRICT

• A person was reported assaulted by an acquaintance at 10:27 p.m. June 27 in the 100 block of Spring Street.

• It was reported that two people made fraudulent purchases on credit cards at 5:22 p.m. June 26 in the 400 block of Elden Street.

• A 26-year-old Manassas man was arrested for being drunk in public at 12:51 a.m. June 28 in the 400 block of Herndon Parkway.

• A vehicle was reported damaged between 8 p.m. June 24 and 7:20 a.m. June 25 in the 700 block of Cordell Way.

• A person reported receiving intimidating phone calls from an acquaintance between 7:30 p.m. June 22 and 11:28 a.m. June 23 in the 300 block of Herndon Parkway.

• A person reported receiving harassing phone calls from an acquaintance at 11:29 p.m. June 24 in the 300 block of Herndon Parkway.

• It was reported that an individual attempted to cash a counterfeit check between 1:22 p.m. and 1:25 p.m. June 26 in the 700 block of Grant Street.

RUNNYMEDE DISTRICT

• A person was reported assaulted by an acquaintance at 8:19 p.m. June 23 in the 800 block of Station Street.

• A person was reported assaulted by an acquaintance at 4:25 p.m. June 29 in the 1000 block of Trevino Lane.

• A 25-year-old Sterling woman was arrested for being drunk in public at 11:40 p.m. June 25 in the 1000 block of Knight Lane.

• A front door was reported damaged at 4:28 p.m. June 25 in the 700 block of Dranesville Road.

• Locks and the front panel of a door were reported damaged between 7:06 a.m. June 24 and 2:53 p.m. June 26 in the 100 block of Herndon Parkway.

• Graffiti was reported at 1:58 p.m. June 27 in the 700 block of Lynn Street.

• The window of a residence was reported broken at 5:09 p.m. June 29 in the 1000 block of Trevino Lane.

• It was reported that an individual attempted to use a fraudulent check at 6:58 p.m. June 24 in the 700 block of Grant Street.

CENTER DISTRICT

• A 37-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested for being drunk in public at 2:21 p.m. June 23 in the 1200 block of Elden Street.

• A 28-year-old Herndon man was arrested for being drunk in public at 2:23 p.m. June 25 in the 1200 block of Elden Street.

• A 51-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested for being drunk in public at 6:27 p.m. June 25 in the 1200 block of Elden Street.

• A 30-year-old Herndon man was arrested for being drunk in public at 9:20 a.m. June 29 in the 1100 block of Elden Street.

• A 22-year-old Ashburn man was arrested on a narcotics violation at 5:03 p.m. June 24 in the 200 block of Spring Street.

• Trespassing was reported at 12:03 p.m. June 23 in the 1200 block of Elden Street.

• A 41-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested for not having an operator's license at 6:10 p.m. June 25 in the 1300 block of Dulles Place.

• A 30-year-old Herndon man was arrested for not having an operator's license at 8:55 p.m. June 25 in the 1100 block of Elden Street.

• A 43-year-old Reston woman was arrested for trespassing at 9:42 a.m. June 29 in the 1000 block of Elden Street.

DUI's and Other Incidents

• A 45-year-old Herndon man was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 1:11 a.m. June 25 at the intersection of Herndon Parkway and Crestview Drive.

• A 21-year-old Herndon man was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 8:32 p.m. June 26 in the 400 block of Pickett Lane.

• A 49-year-old Stafford man was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 10:56 p.m. June 27 in the 12000 block of Worldgate Drive.

• A 32-year-old Reston man was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:53 a.m. June 28 in the 200 block of Elden Street.

• A 45-year-old Gainesville man was arrested on a warrant from Fauquier County for driving on a suspended license at 3:46 p.m. June 24 in the 800 block of Dranesville Road.
