Husch is a Threat to Downtown Development
To the editor:
Our downtown, a hub for neighboring farms a hundred years ago, could once again be a very special place.
Unfortunately, the current Town Council was unable to work things out with the public-private developers Clarke Real Estate and Norton-Scott & Associates. Now Vice Mayor Dennis Husch may be ready to scuttle Diamond Properties' proposed hotel application. Husch has told the hotel's representatives that he is against the plan as proposed and that other Town Council members are likely to vote with him.
Is this the Council we really want again, with Vice Mayor Husch controlling our town?
